QSL policy changed

After collecting paper cards for some time, I’ve finally decided that four shoe boxes is quite enough. From now on I am going to send paper QSL card first only if I really need the card in reply. Electronic confirmations should be enough in most cases. I will still reply to all paper cards received. I’ve also enabled buro QSL requests via Clublog (see here or external link here).
