Last weekend I’ve got confirmed 40 CQ Zones, and 1000 DXCC Challenge points. This is another very important milestone for me.
I am not going to apply for WAZ award though, because I want it to be CW one. For now I am awaiting one zone to be confirmed in CW, and I still need one, zone 22. This is most difficult zone, as it lays on the other side of the globe, and the path to it goes all the way over Auroral area. Actually I worked the station from that zone CW, 4S7DXG, but this is a very controversial operation, and is not valid for any major awards for now. And getting the card from him is another story, as people are saying… So far my all other attempts to be heard in zone 22 were unsuccessful.
Speaking about DXCC Challenge, I will apply for it in my DXCC application this year, that’s for sure! I really want this award.
