This is how I handle QSL exchange:

• I confirm all my QSOs via LoTW and eQSL(AG). I also upload my log to ClubLog.
• I send you paper QSL first only if I need your QSL.
• I will always reply to your paper QSL. Buro is OK.
• I accept buro QSL requests via ClubLog. See here or external link here.
• You can check QSL status on my Log search page.
• SWL cards are welcome, direct or buro. If you sent me SWL card via eQSL, please also send me “eQSL reply request” via their site, because my logging software does not track SWL eQSLs.
• I will answer any card (including SWL) with SASE (or SAE and IRC/GS for DX stations) as soon as I got it. The ones without return postage will be replied via buro.
